Request for Building Use
All requests for meetings by any organization, associations, club or group that is to be held on District property, must be submitted digitally to the responsible building administrator on Form 410.08-E (below).
Step 1: Read the MSD15 Community Use of School Facilities
Step 2: Submit the Agreement for Rental of School Facilities (below)
Step 3: Within a week, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or non-approval.
